  • Handcrafted Nature:All our products are handcrafted.Therefore,slight variations in finish,color,and texture are expected and are considered a hallmark of unique atelier creations.
  • accuracy:We strive to display our colors and images as accurately as possible ,however,we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3.Pricing and Payments

prices for our products are subject to change without notice..

we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

In the event of cancellation,we will attept to notify you via the email or phone number provideed.

4.Shipping and Custom Duties

• International Shipping: All SÙD.atelier creations are handcrafted and dispatched directly from our workshop in Lebanon.For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their respective countries.

• Delivery Timelines: While we aim for prompt delivery, SÙD.atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Our return policy is governed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and must comply with our Refund Policy (items must be unworn and in original packaging).

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of SÙD.atelier and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil regarding payment and financial transactions. However, as our workshop and fulfillment center are located in Lebanon, all matters related to manufacturing, product quality, and shipping logistics shall be subject to the local regulations and commercial laws of Lebanon. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action in the respective jurisdictions.
